Do not buy from this company ! Support, delivery and everything is very bad. FREE delivery is misleading. I think that one star is to much for this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a controllable car at Schweighofer (nearly 1 month ago), but the required special battery pack was not delivered. This means my son cannot use the car and is very disappointed. After contact with client care at Schweigerhofer, the battery pack is still not send to me. Really disappointing and poor service! Hope to get a refund soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Proline dual stage foams and rescue strap that was in stock on the website.
After 5 days I asked why items weren't sent and they told me they weren't in stock. I canceled the order but they told me it takes up to 14 working days to get the money back. It took almost 1 month to get the money back, there is no reason why it should take so long to get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY FORM Schweighofer !! This is the worst company I know. Response, delivery dates and everything is the worst I have ever experienced. I don't know what are people doing in this company. I also didn't get reply on my email after a week. I've placed order for more than 1100€ and they have chared me additional 57€ for shipping (where is FREE shipping ?). After that I'm waiting for my items more than 3 weeks and they have on stock everything. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE IS JUST FIND THE ANOTHER STORE (lindinger.at, profimodel.cz etc.). I'll never come back to this store again.
