★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedingt durch die Coronamaßnahmen konnte ich bei meinem ersten Geschäft leider nicht in den Laden gehen und musste online bestellen. Der e-Mail Kontakt ist sehr freundlich und ich hatte das Paket bereits am nächsten Tag in der Hand und auch bei meiner letzten Bestellung gestern bin ich sehr positiv überrascht und kann, lt. Postauskunft, mein Paket bereits heute Freitag in Empfang nehmen und bin über diesen Service sehr überzeugt.
Leider gibt es nur wenige Shops, die meine benötigten Traxxas Teile vorrätig haben - einer davon ist der Salzburger Shop, welchen ich jetzt nicht namentlich erwähnen möchte, aber ich zahle beim Hobby-Store lieber ein klein wenig mehr und habe ein super Service als einen dauernden Kampf mit dem Versand beim anderen Versagershop.
Preise sind halt nicht immer alles - Support und Kontakt gehören genauso dazu und da überzeugt mich der Hobby-Store total.
Freue mich schon, wenn ich den Store besuchen kann mal...
Due to the corona measures, I was unfortunately unable to go to the store when I started my first shop and had to order online. The e-mail contact is very friendly and I already had the package in my hand the next day and even with my last order yesterday I am very positively surprised and, according to the post office information, can already receive my package on Friday and I'm over very impressed with this service.
Unfortunately, there are only a few shops that have the Traxxas parts I need - one of them is the Salzburg Shop, which I do not want to mention by name, but I prefer to pay a little more at the Hobby Store and have a great service than a permanent one Fight shipping with the other failure shop.
Prices are not always everything - support and contact are also part of it and the Hobby Store totally convinces me.
Looking forward to visiting the store ...
