★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered the parkmaster pro plus kit that was available, one month ago. After one month of delivery delay I called Lindinger and they answered that the parkmaster was not more available and I have to wait another month. It can happen, ok.
For other things they demonstrate me to be very serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Customer Service at Modellbau Lindinger. I had a verified problem with a RC plane cowl. Needed to be ordered from Manufacturer and was replaced without any problems. Took a bit of time ofcourse because the replacement had to come from China.
Excellent Service though! I am very satisfied with Lindinger. Also every RC plane i bought was very well packed to avoid damage during transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two identical cars at the same time. One had spare differential gears included, not the other one. One was faulty from the start (cracking differential) and car worse then unusable after 3 battery runs (differential worn out). I sent the car back and they could do nothing because the car (an off-road buggy) "had roll over". They agreed to send back a "used differential as gesture of goodwill". So, according to them:
- a worn out differential can be caused by a rollover;
- sending a used spare part to replace a spare part missing from the start is "goodwill"; and
- off-road buggy are meant to stay on their four wheels.
Once you heard that, you understand why Ali and Amazon have bright days ahead...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased trx4 sport kit from their website . everything was fine until I received the box. Due to rain during transportation the box was fully wet and when I opened inside due to bad packaging they made, trx4 box was also fully wet and inside even too much water. Nothing was damaged however trx4 box which I wanted to keep had to go to the bin. Their customer service did not respond my complain even after 1 week passed. I recommend them to make more proper packing and at least warn their customer service guys to learn how to apologize.
Update 1/16, customer service sent an apologize mail and asked if any damaged items inside the box or not for compensation, thank you , I changed my score from 1 to 4 star.

BIG downside for me is a(least) the lack of a "FRAGILE" sticker. I ordered foam 2 times and both times the package was a disgrace after shipping.
This is in part the VENDOR'S fault for not marking their products as fragile and not protecting the products inside better.
If they fix their shipping standards I'll come back and give 5 stars
