- angelehnt an eine Schlagzeile nach der Wahl eines Papstes aus Deutschland drängt sich für mich diese Formulierung auf.
Ausgangssituation: Einfamilienhaus aus den 60-er Jahren mit entsprechend betagter Wasser/Sanitär-Installation. Warmwasser kommt nur noch spärlich aus den Wasserhähnen. Anruf kurz nach 08.00 Uhr bei der Fa. Waser. Monteur kommt ca. 11.00 Uhr und bringt das Warmwasser wieder zum "sprudeln". Die Reparatur war sehr komplex und aufwendig (Alter der Anlage, gemeinsamer Kessel für Heizung und Warmwasser, in der Vergangenheit vermutlich Ein-/Umbauten in Eigenregie,..) und wurde vom Mitarbeiter der Fa. Waser auf eine Art und Weise durchgeführt, die man für ein "Schulungs-Video" verwenden könnte. Da ich im Großraum Wien wohne (Reparatur im Haus meiner Mutter in Kirchdorf), habe ich diese Kompetenz im Handwerk nicht mehr erwartet. Aber: "es ist noch möglich".
Die fachliche Kompetenz dieses Mitarbeiters sollte man meiner Meinung nach für Schulung und Ausbildung (Lehrlinge,..) nützen, um auch in der Zukunft die Wahrnehmung beim Kunden zu sichern:

Initial situation: Single-family house from the 1960s with a correspondingly aged water / sanitary installation. Hot water only comes sparingly from the taps. Called Waser shortly after 8 a.m. Fitter comes around 11.00 a.m. and brings the hot water to "bubble" again. The repair was very complex and time-consuming (age of the system, common boiler for heating and hot water, in the past probably self-contained installations / conversions, ..) and was carried out by the Waser employee in a way that one for a "training video". Since I live in the greater Vienna area (repairs in my mother's house in Kirchdorf), I no longer expected this skill in the craft. But: "it is still possible".
In my opinion, the technical competence of this employee should be used for training and education (apprentices, ...) in order to ensure customer awareness in the future:
"WHAT - WE ARE SERVICE"
