★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird vom Personal ignoriert, sind unfreundlich und kennen die Produkte nicht. Wenn man direkt und höflich bitte zu einen Produkt Auskunft zu geben sind die Verkäufer genervt und geben obendrein noch Antworten wie "Könnens selber hinten auf der Verpackung lesen." Oder auf meine Fragen was der Unterschied von 5 gleich aussehenden Sessel ist, wo einer der Sessel ein anderen Preis hatte, bekam ich die Antwort "Das sind die selben Sessel wird wohl reichen wenn man dein Preis bei einem richtig anschreibt!".
 You are ignored by the staff, are rude and do not know the products. If you directly and politely please to give a product information, the seller annoyed and give on top of even answers such as "Can yourself read on the back of the packaging." Or to my questions what is the difference of 5 same-looking armchair, where one of the armchairs had a different price, I got the answer "These are the same chair will probably be enough if you write your price at a right!".

Ich habe im MÄRZ einen Hängesessel bestellt der in ca 13 Wochen hier sein sollte.. kurz vor dem Liefertermin wurde mir gesagt, dass sich die Lieferung "etwas" verzögern wird - neuer Liefertermin = September. Gut dachte ich, egal, ich warte. Mitte August bekam ich schon wieder eine Mail, dass sich meine Ware wieder "etwas" verzögert - neuer Liefertermin NOVEMBER.
Ich bezweifle, dass ich meinen Hängesessel je bekommen werde und bestelle nie wieder etwas von Möbelix!
NEVER ORDER ONLINE
In MARCH I ordered a hanging chair that should be here in about 13 weeks .. shortly before the delivery date I was told that the delivery would be "slightly" delayed - new delivery date = September. Well I thought, it doesn't matter, I'll wait. In mid-August I received another email that my goods were "slightly" delayed again - new delivery date NOVEMBER.
I doubt I'll ever get my hanging chair and I will never order anything from Möbelix again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine unfreundliche und fast schon agressive Kassiererin an der kassa. Zum fremdschämen, voralkem weil die sich aufspielt als wär sie die chefin und der kunde nix. Nicht mal ordnungsgemäß kontrollieren tut die, Stammkundin braucht keinen perso zeigen weil man se kennt...aha und die weiß mit sicherheit das se ka corona hat...einfach nur ne Riesentrampel!!!
An unfriendly and almost aggressive cashier at the checkout. Ashamed of others, especially because she acts like she's the boss and the customer is nothing. They don't even check properly, regular customers don't need to show their person because you know them...aha and they know for sure that they don't have corona...just a giant tramp!!!
