Am Nächsten Werktag nahm sofort ein Mitarbeiter Kontakt mit mir auf. Bezahlt wurde per Vorkasse, Versand erfolgte per DPD. Innerhalb weniger Tage kam der Akku bei mir zuhause an. Akku funktioniert ohne Probleme! I had M.K. Computer Electronic ordered a replacement battery for an HP Envy notebook. The contact worked quickly and easily by mail. The next working day, an employee immediately contacted me. Payment was in advance, shipping was by DPD. Within a few days, the battery arrived at my home. Battery works without problems!

Sowohl die Abwicklung im online-Shop, die Rechnungsabwicklung, als auch der gesamte Mailverkehr erfolgten ausgezeichnet und immer prompt. Zusätzlich erhielt ich einen aktiven Anruf aus dem Geschäft, dass der Akku zur Abholung bereit liegt. Im Rahmen der Abholung wurde ich noch über mögliche andere Ursachen bei Akkuproblemen informiert. Alles in Allem ein ausgezeichneter Shop mit kompetenden Experten. Ergo: 5 verdiente Sterne? I came across this shop while looking for an original HP battery. Since I live nearby, I picked up the battery myself. Both the processing in the online shop, the invoice processing, as well as the entire mail traffic was excellent and always prompt. Additionally, I received an active call from the store that the battery was ready for pickup. When I was picked up, I was informed about other possible causes of battery problems.
