★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Freundin kaufte in diesem Shop zwei Kleidungsstücke, da sie durch einen Handbruch diese nicht vor Ort anprobieren konnte, vereinbarte sie mit der Verkäuferin die Möglichkeit diese Kleidungsstücke, sollten sie nicht passen, innerhalb 7 Tage zurückzubringen zu können und das Geld auch retour bekommt. Jetzt wollte sie dieses vereinbarte Angebot in Anspruch nehmen, jedoch Geld gibt es keines retour, nur Gutschein und nicht einmal das, sie bekam eine "Gift Card" was auch immer das ist-siehe Rechnung. Ich finde, mit solchen eigenartigen Aktionen gewinnt man keine Kunden und darf sich nicht wundern, wenn die Kunden zu online Angeboten ausweichen, wo man bis zu 4 Wochen Zeit hat und ohne Probleme sein retour Geld schneller am Konto hat als das Paket beim Onlinhändler ist.
My friend bought two items of clothing in this shop because she could not try them on on site due to a broken hand, so she agreed with the seller that these items of clothing could be returned within 7 days if they did not fit and the money would be returned. Now she wanted to take advantage of this agreed offer, but there is no money back, only voucher and not even that, she got a "Gift Card" whatever that is - see invoice. I think that you don't win customers with such strange campaigns and shouldn't be surprised if customers switch to online offers where you have up to 4 weeks and can get your money back faster than the package at the online retailer without any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im Juli in Klagenfurt im Urlaub und waren auch im Südpark einkaufen. Der Laden von mister*Lady war sehr sauber und gut gestaltet. Wir haben für etwa 100€ eingekauft und wurden gut beraten. Man hat sich als Kunde wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr gut beraten. Da lass ich gerne mal mehr Geld da, als eigentlich geplant war. Gerne wieder beim nächsten Besuch in Österreich. Daumen hoch.
We were on vacation in Klagenfurt in July and were also shopping in the Südpark. Mister * Lady's shop was very clean and well designed. We shopped for around € 100 and received good advice. You felt comfortable as a customer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given very good advice. I like to leave more money there than was actually planned. Gladly again on your next visit to Austria. Thumbs up.
