From the beginning you feel that you are in good hands and cared for. Richard Praschil knows how to advise the customer in a user-friendly way, ie in a language that is also understandable for non-web designers. He does all those tasks (updates, etc.) that I do not understand anyway and that would keep me from doing my daily business. Have a nice chat via Slack, but the fun is not too short!
