Musste dann aus eigener Erfahrung feststellen dass sich dieser Laden nur mit den besitzstörungsklagen am leben hält. 200€ strafe für das kurze parken. Naja wenn nichts im laden los ist, hat man auch zeit fotos von den parkplätzen hinterm haus zu machen. Ich war kurz Geld abheben als ich den Laden betreten wollte und merkte dass ich meine Karte zuhause vergessen habe. Also fuhr ich nach Hause und entschied mich beim nächsten mal einkaufen zu gehen. Prompt kam schon die Buse für die 5 Minuten Parkzeit. Ich empfehle diesen schrecklichen Laden NIEMANDEM, es sei denn Sie wollen eine saftige Parkbusse einkassieren. Wir wollten eigentlich einen neuen Tamper kaufen weil wir vermuteten, dass unserer zu klein ist. Im Gespräch wurde dann festgestellt dass der Tamper durchaus passt, und uns wurde nicht zwanghaft was angedreht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent, und ein bisschen Kaffee nehmen wir auch immer mit. Wegen der Parkplatzsituation: Ich nehme an wenn man die Schilder liest, kommt man drauf, dass man hier nicht parken darf. Außerdem bezweifle ich, dass die Besitzstörungsklagen vom Betrieb ausgehen, eher vom Besitzer des Gebäudes. I can not understand all the negative comments. Eine absolute Frechheit Bußgeld zahlen zu müssen obwohl ich ja dort war. Lt Bewertungen scheint das laufend vorzukommen. Dem Geschäft scheint nicht viel daran zu liegen Kunden zu gewinnen. Was auf jeden Fall heute zusehends ein Problem wird ist der veraltete Stand des Gesetzes im Bezug auf Besitzstörung (und auch was genau eine ernsthafte Störung darstellt) - gerade weil heute alles schnell und einfach und vorallem billigst Videoüberwacht werden kann. Für die "Parkgebühr" die ich und viele weitere Personen hier bezahlen "dürfen", ist die Investition für eine Überwachungskamera vermutlich an einem Tag wieder herein"gewirtschaftet". Der Anwalt verdient auch noch ein wenig mit nebenbei. Für das Einfahren in eine Parklücke und das darauffolgende sofortige Wegfahren nach Kentnisnahme des Hinweisschilds werden hier knappe 200€ fällig. Mich würde es nicht wundern, wenn der Laden dies selbst bei den eigenen Kunden so handhabt. Wobei ich mich ernsthaft Frage: welche Kunden eigentlich? Heute reichen ein paar Parkplätze neben einem gut laufenden Geschäft aus um gut davon leben zu können. Integrität, gesellschaftliche Verantwortung und der Geschäftserfolg mit dem eigenen eigentlichen Geschäft sind hier möglicherweise weit hergeholt. Schade.
