Hier wird nichts aufgeschwatzt, sondern man darf - nein man soll sogar alles ausprobieren. Schnell rein und wieder gehen ist praktisch nicht möglich und das ist auch gut so. Ich verweile jedesmal gerne im Shop. Geniesse die Fachsimplerei bei bestem Kaffee. Wenn überhaupt gibt's nur einen Nachteil: man mag danach keinen anderen Kaffee mehr. I have never experienced such competent advice. You take the time for each individual and no customer is preferred. Nothing is talked about here, you are allowed - no, you should even try everything. Going in and out quickly is practically impossible, and that's a good thing. I always like to stay in the shop. Enjoy the shop floor with the best coffee. If anything, there is only one disadvantage: you don't like any other coffee afterwards.

Auch die Beratung war top, der Experte vor Ort gab einem sofort das Gefühl, in guten Händen zu sein. Die Entscheidung die Maschine mit pid oder ohne zu nehmen hat er mir nicht abgenommen, sondern einfach zwei Espressi hingestellt, derselbe Kaffee, aber mit zwei Grad Unterschied gebrüht. Danach war für mich klar, pid muss es sein. Die Maschine wurde auch zum vereinbarten Termin geliefert, alles Top, ein Kilo besten Espressokaffe gab es gratis dazu. Baresta kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. I ordered my Bezzera Mitica Top from Baresta in the showroom in Lochau. Der Kauf einer Rocket wurde uns in keinster Weise aufgeschwatzt, wir wurden lediglich in unserem Kaufwunsch bestätigt/bestärkt! Das Maschinchen macht was es soll und ist ein wahrer Blickfang! Gerne jederzeit wieder! Very nice little shop full to the brim with great coffee machines. Nice staff with a wonderful sense of humor who are happy to advise you. We were not talked into buying a Rocket in any way, we were only confirmed / encouraged in our purchase wish! The machine does what it should and is a real eye-catcher! Gladly again at any time!
