Food at dinner was o.k but nothing special and I would expect more from this kind of hotel. Understaffed so you could tell that they were really stressed. Especially on one occasion when there was a show going on outside the hotel (Mutter Erde) and they had other guests from outside the hotell aswell. The hotel guests were not allowed to use the bar area or the balcony as it was for the other guests. That is really bad service and in my opinion, not acceptable. For the price of this hotel it does not live up to the standards expected. By far!

Hotel was completely full so we were seated right next to the bar to have our breakfasts and dinners. When after 30 minutes no one came to take the order I went to ask first staff I saw. I explained we are sitting and no one came to us. Needless to say I just said it I was not exactly complaining. His answer was just "ok". 10 minutes after this man walked by our table and gave us quite straigh order: "DO NOT USE the phone in the restaurant!" right after that he sat on the bar with his companion having beer. Just for better picture it was not more than 2 meters from our table. The second "meeting" with this man was similar situation when he was standing next us and after "excuse me can we order a glass of wine?" He told me the most arrogant way possible he is the BOSS here and I should go and find the waiter. I would expect quite diffrent behaviour from the owner from 4 star hotel which is not the cheapest in the valley of Stubai. The rest of the staff was guite ok but obviously overloaded especially the bartender. I would like to mention the rooms too. The equipment is old and the beds have the best days far away from today. The bed for the children were very old folding type and one mattress was horrible. We are comming to Stubai regularly once or twice almost every season. I am not ussually writing any reviews but this level of arrogance was very far from what I can accept.
N	Nicolai Smagin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel! Welcome guest greeting upon arrival. I visited this exactly hotel 10 years ago and find it nowadays even better than before. Location is great, arguably the best in the whole vicinity, overlooking the nearby mountains. Rooms are spacious enough and comfortable. Swimming pool is inside and long enough to swim in the slightly/normally chlorinated water having 29 degrees Celsius temperature. Breakfast is really good! Numerous personnel to serve you. Wide choice of various foods including carrot juice! Parking is free and very convenient just outside of the hotel. Wi-Fi is free but with login and password that you have to enter every 20 minutes. Speed is up to 14 Mbit/sec, though no coverage in the breakfast/restaurant area. Overall, I'd rather grant 5 stars rating to this property instead of 4 stars as the entrance sign implies..

For those who love comfort and luxury , nice views,perfect skiing, unbelivable cuisine(kids buffets also) , in addition pool, spa area , I greatly recommend. We will come here again and bring our friends. Many thanks for pleasant holidays of my family to the management and the hotel stuff who is very nice.
S	Ste ve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Good location. Spa is also nice to enjoy. But a huge impact has the service which is way below par. Staff can hardly speak german or English. Management has been rude and not treating all guest the same. Clearly differentiation and attention to those people who look like they spend a lot of money. Very unfriendly and therefore not a recommendation as it does not feel welcoming. Sad.
s	scott dies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities and family that runs the Mildererhof were outstanding. We spent the week of Christmas here, from the USA, and loved it. Very few people spoke English but they made sure our waitress could speak it, and they printed the daily itinerary and menu in English for us. Their communication before arival was great and we were able to book transfers from the Innsbruck train station through them without any issues. The food at Mildererhof is top notch as was the service. The food is high quality and very well organized. Everything they did was done with perfection. Their Christmas eve meal was a six course mean and was some of the best food my family had ever tasted. The room was clean and updated. The pool and other facilities were very clean and nice as well. Overall I give them five stars and would recommend to anyone.
A	A Andrei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good. Free bikes to go on the mountain, you can pay for e-bikes also. Great accomodation and food. The pool is a blast, and the staff is very helpful and respectful.
