R	Radim Štencel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, great, great. Hotel is situated in quite place, very close to bus stop. Really great kitchen and bar. All the people were perfect. Rooms are comfortable. SPA and swimming pool are included.
T	Titus Poulus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful room, lots of space. Wonderfull eating & drinking opportunities at the bar and the restaurant. WiFi could be more stable. Very sweet staff. Great to have a pass included for access to all sorts of transportation and swimming pools.
T	Tim Thomassin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my stay here I have enjoyed a polite & well trained staff ,as well as great food in the in-house restaurant and their wide variety fitness and relaxation options (i.e. swimming pool , table tennis and a sauna ). Another great feature of this hotel was being able to rent ski/snowboard equipment far cheaper then anywhere else in the area . And for an added bonus there is a free bus in which you can ride to the ski resort which only takes about 25 min.
L	Leonid Feigel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel and fantastic staff! We have just finished our 6th or 7th stay at this hotel. Very good kitchen, warm pool, skies included in price and ski bus stop near the hotel entrance. Nothing can be better. Perfect for guests with kids. Highly recommend!

The staff is super friendly and was always ready to help me with anything I needed. My room was very cozy and clean. You can buy tickets for the mountain at the reception and there’s also a bus that takes your directly there from the Hotel. The hotel has its own pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness area, ping pong table and a place to store your ski‘s and snowboards for the night. It’s in a good location - near the center and the mountains with a beautiful view! I can only recommend it.

The staff was very friendly, nice big room. Food could be better. Breakfast was basic. There was a nice swimming pool also. But if we compare to other 4 star hotels where we've been, this is only worth 3 stars.

It has a good range of facilities with bar, restaurant, spa and pool. The decor is a little dated and old fashioned, but that's a matter of taste. The food was good but not excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly.
