L	Lara von Dehn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf dem Weg nach Kroatien habe ich falsch getankt, hab's nicht bemerkt und bin sorglos weitergefahren. Nach der Mittagspause kurz vor der slowenischen Grenze sprang das Auto dann nicht mehr an. Nach Verwirrung, schmerzhafter Aufklärung über das Geschehene und jeder Menge Panik haben wir mehrere Werkstätten in der Gegend durchtelefoniert. Milan KFZ hat uns - obwohl es 1 Stunde vor Feierabend war - Hilfe versprochen. Der ÖAMTC war pünktlich da, hat uns abgeschleppt und vor der kleinen Werkstatt abgeliefert. Mit Doppelpumpe wurde das Gemisch aus Diesel und Super in Windeseile abgepumpt, der Tank mit Diesel aufgefüllt und ab ging die Fahrt. Der Urlaub war gerettet. 1a-Service, freundlicher Kontakt und - in diesem Fall - die Rettung in der Not. On the way to Croatia, I fumbled incorrectly, did not notice it and went on carefree. After the lunch break just before the Slovenian border, the car did not start anymore. After confusion, painful education about what happened and a lot of panic we telephoned several workshops in the area. Milan car has promised us - although it was 1 hour before closing time - help. The ÖAMTC was there on time, towed us off and delivered it to our small workshop. With double pump, the mixture of diesel and super was pumped in no time, filled up the tank with diesel and off we went. The holiday was saved. Excellent service, friendly contact and - in this case - rescue in case of need.

[Mitarbeiter] Freundlich und zuvorkommend. [Preis/Leistung] Moderate preise. Ersatzauto möglich. [Fazit] Würde ich eher wieder besuchen. [Generally] Little parking space available, unfortunately very narrow. Appointments necessary, long waiting times. Unfortunately, the completion dates are rarely met. [Employee] Kind and courteous. [Price-performance] Moderate prices. Replacement car possible. [Conclusion] I would rather visit again.
