★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Auto sprang im Urlaub plötzlich nicht mehr an. Uns wurde hier sofort geholfen und wir konnten den Wagen am nächsten Tag wieder abholen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Preis war vollkommen in Ordnung!
 Our car suddenly stopped starting when we were on vacation. We were helped here immediately and we were able to pick up the car the next day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the price was perfectly okay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: man bekommt relativ rasch einen Termin
Negativ: seit neuestem bekommt man anscheinend die Rechnung zugeschickt. Als man noch direkt zahlen konnte,war der Preis sehr fair! Jetzt ist es uns leider zweimal passiert, dass wir nicht nachvollziehbar hohe Rechnungen bekommen haben, wobei unter „Klein und Montagematerial“die Hauptkosten versteckt sind was nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar ist. Schade, wir werden in Zukunft nicht mehr hin gehen
Positive: you get an appointment relatively quickly
Negative: since recently you have apparently been sent the invoice. When you could still pay directly, the price was very fair! Now it has unfortunately happened to us twice that we have not received comprehensibly high bills, whereby the main costs are hidden under "Small and assembly material", which is not really understandable. It's a shame we won't go there in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mache hier mein Pickerl schon seit Jahren. (Moped, Auto, Motorrad)
Kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Beim Pickerl wird nicht jeder zusätzliche Handgriff bzw. Schraube gleich abgerechnet.
Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen.
Nachtrag: Heute wurde mir für einen Reifenwechsel beim Motorradreifen (selber ausgebaut und neuen Gummi mitgebracht) 38€ verrechnet für EINEN Reifen berechnet...

Competent and friendly staff. In the case of the sticker, not every additional move or screw is billed in the same way.
I can only recommend it to everyone.
Addendum: Today I was charged 38 € for ONE tire for a tire change on the motorcycle tire (removed it myself and brought new rubber) ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Freitag und einen Tag vor der Rückreise aus dem Urlaub, war eine Reparatur fällig. Haben das Auto um 13 Uhr abgegeben und um 16 Uhr war alles fertig. Noch einmal vielen Dank für diesen genialen Service.
A repair was due on Friday and the day before the return trip from vacation. We left the car at 1 p.m. and everything was ready at 4 p.m. Thank you again for this brilliant service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren langs gereden door melding over remblokken op dashboard en vandaag een afspraak voor reparatie / vervanging van de remblokken voor mijn VW Golf station. Moet immers nog 1200 km naar huis rijden met volle auto plus caravan en gezin.
Uitstekend geholpen en met hulp van een van de dames daar werkzaam ook van Duits naar Engels vertaling voor uitleg wat het probleem was. Kosten voor de remblokken waren redelijk, maar arbeidskosten 140 excl mwst erg hoog. Totale kosten 293 EUR is circa dubbele van wat de Volkswagen dealer in Nederland rekent 165 EUR (volgens VW website).
Kwaliteit is prima, maar je betaalt er wel veel voor. Daarom 3 sterren als gemiddeld.
Yesterday drove by by message about brake pads on dashboard and today an appointment for repair / replacement of the brake pads for my VW Golf station. After all, still 1200 km to drive home with full car plus caravan and family.
Excellent help and with the help of one of the ladies working there also from German to English translation for explanation of what the problem was. Costs for the brake pads were reasonable, but labor costs 140 excl. Mwst very high. Total costs 293 EUR is approximately double what the Volkswagen dealer in the Netherlands charges 165 EUR (according to VW website).
Quality is great, but you pay a lot for it. Therefore 3 stars as average.

Very good service. He repaired a flat tire immediately. Even though 2 other workshops refused. The price is very moderate. You can get along very well in English. I highly recommend it to all those in need. Thank you very much for your professional help
