Ich habe mich mit meiner Angelegenheit richtig wahrgenommen gefühlt und mir wurden die vorhandenen Optionen aufgezeigt und erklärt, auch wenn sie nicht groß sind. Vielen Dank! Ich hatte bezüglich einer ersten Auskunft angerufen und war absolut positiv überrascht wie viel Zeit sich die Sachbearbeiterin für mich genommen habt und wie bemüht sie war mir alle relevanten und hilfreichen Informationen zu geben. Ich habe mich wirklich gut betreut gefühlt und man merkt sofort das ernsthaftes Interesse von Seiten der Mitarbeiter da ist. Die Übermittlung meiner Daten war sehr unkompliziert und als ich nochmals angerufen habe um nur abzuklären ob eh alle meine Unterlagen gut angekommen sind wurde ich nochmals ausführlich zu meinem bevorstehenden Gerichtstermin beraten. Alles in allem kann ich die Mieterfreunde jedem wärmstens empfehlen und werde mich mit Sicherheit im Falle eines weiteren Rechtsstreit sofort an sie wenden! Absolutely top company! I had called for an initial information and was absolutely positively surprised at how much time the clerk took for me and how hard she was to give me all the relevant and helpful information. I felt really well looked after and you can tell immediately that there is serious interest on the part of the employees. The transmission of my data was very uncomplicated and when I called again to only clarify whether all my documents had arrived safely anyway, I was again advised in detail about my upcoming court date. All in all, I can warmly recommend the tenant friends to everyone and I will certainly contact them immediately in the event of another legal dispute!
