Der Service war auch schon mal besser! Niemand hat sich die Mühe gemacht, ein alternative Einkaufsmöglichkeit an zu bieten! Auch von der Führungskräfte Niemand in der Lage anderes an zu bieten. Besser schiken Sie den Kunde weg, besser kein Umsatz, nicht das Jemand sich anstrengen muss, ein Problem zu lösen. Die viele Bewertungen sagen schon vieles! Kein bisschen hilfsbereit! Ja typisch! Very bad service, we have been shopping here for years, and not a bit of accommodating! The decision is made by someone who has no customer contact! The service has also been better! Nobody bothered to offer an alternative shopping option! Even from the executives, nobody was able to offer anything else. Better to send the customer away, better not to have any sales, not that someone has to make an effort to solve a problem. The many reviews say a lot! Not a bit helpful! Yes typical!

Bekam dann als Antwort bei den Druckern und der Verkäufer hat dann kurz darauf gemurmelt, wie wäre es mit Schauen. So was ist mir noch nie passiert. Sollte seinen Job wechseln. I asked the electrical department this evening where I could find a satellite cable. Then got the answer from the printers and the salesman then murmured shortly afterwards how about looking. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. Should change jobs.

Auch aufs Grüßen wird dort nur selten reagiert. Kassadamen sehr kühl aber nicht unfreundlich Most of the staff (NOT ALL) unfriendly and not helpful in any way. in the meat department even extremely rude, THERE YOU FEEL LIKE A SUBMISSIONER WHEN YOU NEED HELP! Even greetings are rarely responded to there. Kassadamen very cool but not unfriendly

Dies würde von beiden bejaht. 2 Tage später, als ich umtauschen wollte, sagte mir das Kunden(nicht)service, dass das bei diesem Artikel nicht geht. Aufpassen beim Einkauf. Man kann den Informationen dort nicht trauen - sind falsch/gelogen. I asked for an item (in the specialist department & at the checkout) whether I can exchange it if it doesn't fit. Both would answer in the affirmative. 2 days later, when I wanted to exchange, the customer (not) service told me that this is not possible with this item. Be careful when shopping. You can't trust the information there - it's wrong / a lie.
