★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade! Wurde uns von einem Bekannten empfohlen. 5x versucht, telefonisch einen Termin zu vereinbaren, und auch ein Email mit Anfrage zu Bauvorhaben und Terminvereinbarung gesendet und beinhart nach mehreren Wochen (!) noch immer weder einen Rückruf noch ein Email erhalten.
Wenn so die ersten 6 Eindrücke zu Kundenorientierung und Engagement sind, ist man schlecht beraten.
Zumindest für ein “Wir sind ausgelastet; tut uns Leid!”, ist immer genug Zeit.
Null Sterne trifft’s eher.

Damit Sie in Ihrem System nachforschen und etwaige technische Fehler beheben können, da Sie die Anfrage offenbar nicht erhalten haben (wir haben allerdings auch wiederholt die auf der WebSite angegebene Mobilnummer angerufen und wurden nicht zurückgerufen):
Wir haben die Anfrage am 20.05.2021 gegen 13:30 Uhr gesendet und davon auch eine Kopie erstellt. Sie sollte also bei Ihnen entsprechend eingelangt sein.
Pity! Was recommended to us by a friend. Tried 5 times to make an appointment by phone, and also sent an email with a request for a construction project and an appointment and after several weeks (!) Still received neither a callback nor an email.
If these are the first 6 impressions of customer orientation and commitment, then you are badly advised.
At least for a “We are busy; sorry! ”there is always enough time.
Zero stars are more likely to hit.

So that you can investigate your system and rectify any technical errors, as you apparently did not receive the request (however, we also repeatedly called the mobile number given on the website and were not called back):
We sent the request on May 20th, 2021 around 1:30 p.m. and made a copy of it. You should have received it accordingly.
