C	CrazyYgiiirL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht von diesem Installateur ausgemachte Termine werden nicht abgesagt, sollte ein Notfall dazwischen kommen (was ja kein Problem ist, und mal passieren kann) - man muss selber nachrufen(!!) wenn sie nicht kommen usw. weiters wird kein Termin angeboten wenn ein bestehendes Problem sich nicht in Luft auflöst denn, "man könne ja das machen was der Installateur gemacht hat als er das erste mal da war" --> das löst mein Problem aber nicht ich könnte noch ein paar Sachen aufzählen Alles in allem fühle ich mich wenig bis gar nicht betreut und am Telefon wirken sie eher so als würde es sie furchtbar nerven, dass man bei ihnen anruft. I am really disappointed with this installer made appointments are not canceled, should an emergency come in between (which is not a problem, and sometimes can happen) - you have to call yourself (!!) if they do not come, etc. Furthermore, no appointment is offered if an existing problem does not dissolve in the air, because "you could do what the installer did when he first arrived" -> that does not solve my problem I could list a few more things All in all, I feel little or no caring and on the phone, they seem more like they are terribly annoying that you call them.
