★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für einen Gesamtumsatz von weniger als € 35,- (im ersten Schritt sogar nur 4,40) hat sich das gesamte, höchste professionelle und freundliche Team uneingeschränkt Zeit genommen.
In Summe war ich viermal vor Ort um mit Fotos und Erzählungen mein Problem vom durchfließenden Wasser beim Unterputz-Spülkasten zu schildern. Auf jede Frage wurde detailliert eingegangen, ohne mir auch nur im Geringsten das Gefühl zu vermitteln, doch endlich das Weite zu suchen. Im Gegenteil, ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die mich beratenden Personen unbedingt das Problem finden/lösen wollten.
Dieser Service ist nicht selbstverständlich - in keiner mir bekannten Branche und schon gar nicht beim Installateur. Vielen, vielen Dank dafür!! Für meine künftigen Bedürfnisse in diesem Bereich - seien es kleinere oder auch größere - habe ich nun definitiv einen neuen Dienstleister gefunden.
For a total turnover of less than € 35, - (in the first step even only 4.40), the entire, highly professional and friendly team has taken unlimited time.
In total, I was on site four times to describe my problem with the water flowing through the concealed cistern with photos and stories. Every question was dealt with in detail without giving me the slightest feeling that I was finally looking for the distance. On the contrary, I had the feeling that the people advising me wanted to find / solve the problem.
This service is not a matter of course - in any industry I know of, and certainly not with the installer. Thank you so much for that !! I have now definitely found a new service provider for my future needs in this area - be it smaller or larger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten um einen Kostenvoranschlag für den Badumbau gebeten; diesen zwar erhalten, aber genau so, wie wir es NICHT haben wollen; um einen neuen Kostenvoranschlag ersucht (mit den Geräten wie vor Ort dargelegt); Reaktion war sehr störrisch, neuen Kostenvoranschlag nie erhalten.... Das dies keine unmöglichen, unklaren Wünsche waren, zeigte der nächste Installateur - sorry, leider eine schlechte Bewertung
Had asked for a quote for the bathroom remodeling; received this, but exactly as we do NOT want it to be; requested a new estimate (with the equipment as shown on site); The reaction was very stubborn, a new cost estimate was never received .... The next installer showed that these were not impossible, unclear requests - sorry, unfortunately a bad rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin in der Gastro tätig und ich hab jetzt schon einige Installateure kommen und gehen gesehen aber hier passt immer alles. Faire Arbeit zu fairen preisen, bin ein jahrelanger kunde und immer stets zufrieden. pünktlich und ausgemachte Termine werden auch stets eingehalten (was heute heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich ist). weiter so!
I work in the restaurant business and I've already seen a few plumbers come and go, but everything always fits here. Fair work at fair prices, I have been a customer for many years and always satisfied. punctual and agreed appointments are always kept (which is not a matter of course these days). keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arbeitet gut, aber bis ein Rückruf kommt, ist man schon abgesoffen, erst nach Tagen, wenn überhaupt, egal ob man sagt, das ist dringend. Dies war nicht nur einmal, schon mehrmals. Am besten man fährt dirkt hin, wenn man eine Leistung möchte.
Telefonischer Kundenservice ist leider total schlecht.
Works well, but by the time you get a call back, you're already drowned, days later, if at all, regardless of whether you say it's urgent. This was not just once, several times. It is best to drive there directly if you want a service.
Unfortunately, customer service over the phone is really bad.
