★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Übungen sind verständlich und detailliert erklärt, manchmal ist es mega-anstrengend - dann wieder sehr entspannend und immer spürt man Isabellas Herzlichkeit.
Nachher geht es mir einfach besser, rundum phantastisch, danke.
The exercises are understandable and explained in detail, sometimes it is extremely exhausting - then again very relaxing and you can always feel Isabella's warmth.
Afterwards I'll just feel better, fantastic all round, thank you.

Die Verbindung zum eigenen Körper, dem Geist und der Seele herzustellen gelingt dank Isabellas Themenwahl und Begleitung. Ich fühl mich immer wieder körperlich herausgefordert und trotzdem so "Bei mir" nach dieser wöchentlichen Stunde, dass ich diese Routine nur empfehlen kann.
These yoga units are a good opportunity to escape the stress of everyday life. Establishing the connection to your own body, mind and soul succeeds thanks to Isabella's choice of topics and support. I feel physically challenged again and again and still so "with me" after this weekly hour that I can only recommend this routine.

Die gebotene Abwechslung hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht und den Alltag bereichert! Kinder an der frischen Luft, in der Gruppe und das pädagogisch begleitet - einfach top! Danke
Ms. Demolsky is a great educator and deals with the children (even the very little ones) individually. The outdoor group was always happy to be visited. The variety offered was a lot of fun and enriched everyday life! Children in the fresh air, in a group and with pedagogical support - simply great! thanks
