mehrmals Mails wegen Abfalltrennung geschrieben (Mülltrennung an den Altstoffsammelzentren - was darf ich wohin werfen bzw. wegen Trennung bei diversen Müll von Baustelle zuhause).
Immer beantwortet worden, teilweise auch tel. informiert worden.
Die neuen Öffnungszeiten am ASZ sind perfekt für mich, endlich - DANKE.
Sehr freundlich und kompetent im GDA sowie äußerst hilfsbereit am ASZ WEST gestern. Die haben das absolut im Griff. Super - weiter so.

several times written mails because of separation of waste (waste separation at the waste collection centers - what may I throw where or because of separation in various waste from construction site at home).
Always answered, partly tel. been informed.
The new opening hours at the ASZ are perfect for me, finally - THANKS.
Very friendly and competent in the GDA and extremely helpful at the ASZ WEST yesterday. They have that completely under control. Great go on.
