★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar. Ohne Termin Wartezeiten ca 3 Stunden. Mit Termin ca 45 Minuten Wartezeit.
Man kann nicht 3 Ordinationen zusammenschließen und dann nur 1 Arzt im Dienst haben der die Patienten von 3 ehemaligen Ordinationen betreut.
Telefonisch werden - wenn jemand abhebt - Patienten ins Klinikum verwiesen. Werde mir einen neuen Hausarzt suchen und diese Umstände entsprechend der Ärztekammer mitteilen.
 Nobody can be reached by phone. Without an appointment, waiting times approx. 3 hours. With an appointment about 45 minutes waiting time.
You cannot merge 3 ordinations and then only have 1 doctor on duty who looks after the patients of 3 former ordinations.
If someone picks up the phone, patients are referred to the clinic. I will look for a new family doctor and inform the medical association about these circumstances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super tolle Abwicklung mit Termin. Blutabnahme,Röntgen und gleich darauf Besprechung mit dem Arzt. Bin auch mit der elektronischen Rezeptverschreibung mehr als zufrieden.
Super great settlement with an appointment. Blood draw, X-ray and immediately afterwards a discussion with the doctor. I am also more than satisfied with the electronic prescription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren immer sehr zufrieden mit Frau Steinscherer (5 Sterne) als sie noch eine eigene Praxis hatte.
Mussten jetzt leider feststellen, dass man im Medineum mit hohen Fieber erst Tage später einen Termin bekommt. Leider keine Möglichkeit kurzfristig einen Arzt zu besuchen. Wir waren erst der Meinung, dass der Zusammenschluss mehrerer Ärzte etwas tolles ist, leider wurden wir eines besseren belehrt.
We were always very satisfied with Ms. Steinscherer (5 stars) when she still had her own practice.
Unfortunately I had to find out that you only get an appointment in the Medineum days later with a high fever. Unfortunately no possibility to visit a doctor at short notice. At first we were of the opinion that the amalgamation of several doctors is something great, but unfortunately we were taught better.

Ebenfalls äußerst nettes Personal an der Anmeldung. Gibt nichts, das ich zu bemängeln hätte.

Also extremely nice staff at the registration. There's nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessionelles Vorgehen des Arztes, insbesondere des Arztes Meister. Beim Betreten des Zimmers grüßt der Arzt nicht einmal, beantwortet die Frage mit einer kurzen Antwort, man muss sich buchstäblich Diagnosen stellen. Ich hatte eine schwere Form von Covid und konnte 3 Tage nach unzähligen Anrufen und E-Mails kein Büro bekommen, keiner hat gleich geantwortet. Als ich endlich einen Termin bekam, war es in 2 Wochen her. Ich muss auch erwähnen, dass sie keine meiner Diagnosen bestätigten, also ging ich auf eigene Initiative zu den Tests.
Unprofessional approach of the doctor, especially the doctor master. Entering the room, the doctor does not even greet, answers the question with a short answer, you literally have to diagnose yourself. I had a severe form of Covid and couldn't get an office for 3 days after countless calls and emails, no one answered right away. When I finally got an appointment, it was 2 weeks ago. I must also mention that they did not confirm any of my diagnoses, so I went for the tests on my own initiative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The word holistic is not an exaggeration! Dr. Steinscherer really has a look for the whole of you and doesn't prescribe chemical medicine if not really necessary. I really feel well looked after. She also remembers things from our previous meetings (even if she made notes it still feells good) and likes to laugh about things. A very pleasant person and a doctor I really trust!
