Update nach der Antwort: Der Facharzt hatte den Befund bereits direkt nach unserem Besuch gesendet - das per Fax und bestätigt. Ihre Ordination war per E-Mail nicht erreichbar. Ihre Mitarbeiterin hat mich dazu noch beschuldigt, zu lügen, und hat dann zugegeben, dass die Mailadresse nicht abgerufen wurde... Telefonisch waren Sie nicht erreichbar, weil beim österreichischen Team im Levi. Alles Schön und Recht, aber prüfen Sie die Arbeitsstrukturen in Ihrer Ordination, es kann nicht sein, dass Patienten darunter leiden. Zur unfreundlichen Behandlung durch Ihre Mitarbeiterin gibt es keine Entschuldigung. Ach so, ich glaube entschuldigt hat sich ja gar niemand... Änderung der Bewertung von 2 auf 1 Stern. Appointment, waiting time, investigation, friendliness - everything is okay. But months of findings wait? No answer to several Urgenzen? That is not how it works! Update after the answer: The specialist had already sent the findings directly after our visit - by fax and confirmed. Her ordination was not available by email. Her co-worker accused me of lying, and then admitted that the email address was not retrieved ... You were not reachable by phone because the Austrian team in the Levi. All well and good, but check the working structures in your practice, it can not be that patients suffer. There is no excuse for unfriendly treatment by your co-worker. Oh well, I do not think anybody apologized ... Change of rating from 2 to 1 star.
V	Vincent Chi Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and daughter visited Dr. Ines Berger-Uckermann for a sport medical examination as competitive athletes requested and covered by the Carinthian governing body. She conducted far more tests than necessary without any proper explanations to the children and then simply sent the bills to us. This is not an acceptable behavior as a doctor especially towards children.
