K	Karl Ha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Magenspiegelung verlief sehr schnell und kompetent, auch den Befund bekam man gleich in die Hand gedrückt. Nach 20 Minuten war alles vorbei und ich fühlte mich nach dem Eingriff genauso gut wie davor. Trotz vollem Wartezimmer kam ich fast pünktlich dran. Zur Befundbesprechung wird man noch ein zweites Mal hereingebeten. Hierbei ereignete sich folgendes: Ich kam 15 Minuten früher, meldete mich an der Rezeption an und nahm Platz. Es waren zwei andere Personen im Warteraum. Nach 15 Minuten kam eine Frau herein, entschuldigte sich, sie wäre eine halbe Stunde zu spät. Sie wurde vor mir eingereiht und kam vor mir dran. Als ich nach 45 Minuten Wartezeit an der Reihe war, setzte ich mich mit Dr. Weiser zusammen. Mir wurden meine Diagnose, Therapie und zu verzichtenden Mahlzeiten in Rekordgeschwindigkeit aufgesagt, und noch bevor ich zu einer Frage ansetzen konnte, wurde eine Assistentin wegen eines anderen Themas gerufen. Meine Frage wurde dann noch mit wenigen Worten während des verabschiedenden Händedrucks beantwortet, weil die gerufene Assistentin in ihrer Eile die Türe so aufriss, dass diese mir auf den Rücken schlug. Das Medikament, welches mir verschrieben wurde, nehme ich bereits, habe also hier keinen Mehrwert, aber das interessierte wohl nicht. Zusammenfassend: + Eingriff verlief wunderbar und sehr angenehm - Befundbesprechung beim zweiten Termin meiner Meinung nach absolut unzureichend. Ich kann die Kompetenz des Doktors nicht in Frage stellen, wohl aber seinen Umgang mit den Patienten. Danke, aber beim nächsten Mal gehe ich woanders hin. The gastroscopy was very fast and competent, even the findings were immediately pressed into the hand. After 20 minutes everything was over and I felt just as good after the procedure as before. Despite the full waiting room, I was almost punctual. You will be invited to the findings meeting a second time. Here is what happened: I arrived 15 minutes earlier, contacted the front desk and sat down. There were two other people in the waiting room. After 15 minutes, a woman came in, apologizing that she was half an hour late. She was lined up in front of me and came in front of me. When it was my turn to wait 45 minutes, I sat down with Dr. Wiser together. I was told my diagnosis, therapy, and meal-free meals at record speed, and even before I could ask a question, an assistant was called for a different topic. My question was then answered in a few words during the passing handshake, because the called assistant rushed in such a hurry the door that hit me on the back. I already take the medicine that was prescribed for me, so I have no added value here, but that does not interest me. In summary: + Surgery was wonderful and very pleasant - Findings meeting at the second appointment in my opinion absolutely inadequate. I can not question the competence of the doctor, but I can question his treatment of the patients. Thanks, but next time I'm going somewhere else.

Da weiß die rechte Hand nicht was die linke macht. 4mal hin wegen einer wichtigen Untersuchung alle Befunde hingelegt und trotzdem wusste man nicht was zumachen ist. Jetzt nur noch Befund abholen in der Hoffnung das man jetzt das richtige gemacht hat und dann nie sehen die mich nie wieder. Ausserdem ist die Dame bei der Anmeldung sehr unfreundlich. Not recommendable. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Four times because of an important examination, all the findings were put down and still you didn't know what to do. Now just pick up the findings in the hope that you've done the right thing and then they'll never see me again. In addition, the lady is very unfriendly when registering.

Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst freundlich und sehr geduldig und auch Dr.Aichberger ist ein angenehmer Arzt und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Nach der Behandlung hatte ich keinerlei Blähungen oder sonstige Schmerzen. Hier sind PROFIS am Werk. Ein herzliches Dankeschön!!!! Ich kann diese Praxis nur weiter empfehlen. I had a colonoscopy yesterday. The entire staff is extremely friendly and very patient and Dr Aichberger is a pleasant doctor and you feel that you are in good hands. After the treatment I did not have any gas or any other pain. PROFESSIONALS are at work here. A big thank you!!!! I can only recommend this practice.

Doctors top very satisfied only the one lady at the reception is very rude to all the people has missed her job otherwise everything was great!

Als es endlich geklappt hat, scheiterte ich an den desinteressierten Empfangsdamen die mich nicht vorgelassen haben, weil ich keinen Test hatte . Ich bin 3x Geimpft und habe eine Spitalsbestätigung dass ich 6 Tage zuvor aus der Quarantäne entlassen wurde denn ich hatte auch Covid. In keinen der 3 Terminbestätigungen stand etwas von einen Test. Man schickte mich, gütiger weise, zu einer Teststation ( um 18:30) welche um 17:30 zusperrt. Das war entweder Bösartig oder einfach nur Dämlich. Simply not recommended. The date was postponed 3 times. When it finally worked, I failed because of the disinterested receptionists who didn't let me in because I didn't have a test. I have been vaccinated 3x and have a hospital confirmation that I was released from quarantine 6 days earlier because I also had Covid. In none of the 3 appointment confirmations was there anything about a test. They kindly sent me to a test station (at 6:30 p.m.) which closes at 5:30 p.m. It was either malicious or just plain stupid.
