Die Mitarbeiter sind alle mega freundlich und hilfsbereit und es geht in erster Linie darum einen Kunden kompetent zu beraten und sich dafür so viel Zeit wie nötig zu nehmen damit der Kunde glücklich ist. Ich bin immer wieder gerne dort. Es wird nicht irgendwas aufgedrängt oder sonst was in der Art.
Die Liquids und Aromen sind großartig. Da wird auch wirklich auf Qualität gesetzt und alles wird getestet sodass keine schädlichen Inhaltsstoffe drinnen sind. Das ist liegt ihnen wirklich am Herzen. Man merkt sofort dass sie den Job mit Leidenschaft machen.
Großes Lob für eure tolle Arbeit und macht weiter so.

Is a really great shop. The employees are all extremely friendly and helpful and the main thing is to advise a customer competently and to take as much time as necessary to make the customer happy. I always enjoy being there. Something is not imposed or something like that.
The liquids and flavors are great. We really focus on quality and everything is tested so that there are no harmful ingredients inside. That is really important to them. You immediately notice that they do the job with passion.
