Auch auf meine Ängste und Unsicherheiten wurde verständnisvoll und eingegangen; für mich ein Ort, wo ich jederzeit wieder kommen möchte! Very competent, personable advice in an extremely tasteful, aesthetic ambience. My fears and insecurities were also dealt with understandingly and; for me a place where I want to come back anytime!
D	Dr. Doris Langenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bei der telefonischen Terminvereinbarung mit Fr. Dr. Hörmann für einen Kosmetiktermin explizit nach den Kosten gefragt. Die Auskunft war Euro 90. Der Kosmeriktermin fand statt. Inbegriffen war: Reinigen mit Lotion, Peeling, Ausreinigen der Haut (ohne Dampf), danach Maske. Dauer 45 Minuten. Bei der Bezahlung wollte man dann Euro 115. Begründung: Peeling und Maske sind nicht Standard und der genannte Preis von Euro 90 bezog sich auf 'Standard'. Mein Argument, dass man mich hätte darauf hinweisen müssen, wenn Mehrkosten entstehen, wurde nicht akzeptiert. Ich bezahlte dann Euro 100, weil ich mich keiner weiteren, längeren Diskussion stellen wollte. Für mich ist ein solches 'Vorgehen' ein absolutes NoGo. Der 'Erholungseffekt' war danach auch weg. Dieser war aber eh nicht sehr hoch, da ich mich in dem Ambiente nicht sehr wohl fühlte. Mutet alles ein bisschen kalt und steril an. 2 Sterne, weil mir die Kosmetikerin sympathisch war und sie für diese unangenehme Schlussszene mit Fr.Dr. Hörmann nichts dafür konnte. Schade. Ein Flop. When making an appointment with Ms. Dr. Hörmann explicitly asked about the costs for a cosmetics appointment. The information was Euro 90. The cosmetic appointment took place. Included was: cleansing with lotion, peeling, cleansing of the skin (without steam), then a mask. Duration 45 minutes. When paying, they wanted Euro 115. Reason: Peeling and mask are not standard and the price of Euro 90 referred to 'standard'. My argument that I should have been advised if additional costs were incurred was not accepted. I then paid 100 euros because I didn't want to face any further, lengthy discussion. For me, such an 'approach' is an absolute no-go. The 'recovery effect' was also gone afterwards. But it wasn't very high anyway, because I didn't feel very comfortable in the ambience. Everything seems a bit cold and sterile. 2 stars, because I liked the beautician and for this uncomfortable final scene with Dr. Hörmann couldn't help it. Too bad. A flop.

Entscheiden Sie sich für eine ärztliche Behandlung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt, wird die Hälfte der Beratungsgebühr abgezogen." Ärgerlich wenn man darum streiten muss Incorrect information when repaying the initial consultation costs "The consultation fee is € 80.- and will not be charged if medical treatment is also used on this date. If you decide to have medical treatment at a later point in time, half of the consultation fee will be deducted." Annoying when you have to argue about it
R	Rene Ditrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guten Abend Hab eine kryolipolyse bei Frau Dr Hörmann machen lassen. Ordination, Personal und Frau Dr Hörmann waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ordination sowie die Umgebung befinden sich in hervorragend Lage. Behandlung dauerte 60 Minuten. Vorher Fotos wurden gemacht. Ob ein Erfolg in den ca 4 Woche Eintritt kann ich noch nicht sagen da mein Körperfettanteil gering ist. (13%). Ich kann Frau Doktor Hörmann persönlich nur empfehlen da ich der Meinung bin das es sich hier um eine sehr kompetente Ärztin handelt. Sollte sich ein Erfolg einstellen werde ich darüber natürlich berichten. René Dietrich 37 jahre Ratten (oststeiermark) Good evening can make a Cryolipolysis at Dr Hörmann Hab. Ordination, personnel and Dr Hörmann were very friendly and helpful. The ordination and the environment are in a great location. Treatment lasted 60 minutes. Before photos were taken. Whether a success in the ca 4 week admission I can not say because my body fat content is low. (13%). Personally, I can only recommend Frau Doktor Hörmann because I think that this is a very competent doctor. Should be successful, I'll report about it, of course. Ich komme sicher wieder, weil auch die Atmosphäre in der Ordination extrem freundlich und die Kosmetikerin Karin reizend ist ! Am for a vampire lift to Dr. Hörmann came and was very surprised that it is hardly painful, and I am very satisfied with the result. I will definitely come back because the atmosphere in the office is extremely friendly and the beautician Karin is lovely!

Zwei Wochen nach dem Beratungsgespräch hatte ich dann meine Behandlung mit der Fettwegspritze. Die Behandlung an sich war fast völlig schmerzfrei ich fühlte mich durchgehend wohl und sehr kompetent betreut. Für Frau Dr. Hörmann steht der Patient / Kunde im Mittelpunkt sie nimmt sich wirklich Zeit und ist sehr einfühlsam und kompetent. - Hervorragende Ärztin - Tolle Mitarbeiter - Schöne Ordination Absolut empfehlenswert :) I am super glad that I was able to rely on Dr. I came across Hörmann. I was given detailed and honest advice, which is very important to me personally. Two weeks after the consultation, I had my treatment with the fat-away injection. The treatment itself was almost completely painless, I felt comfortable and very competently cared for.
