We come on case and something was wrong, then boss come and just say like I do it in other country and that is not from Austria, but we do all of it in McDonald where we eat. He only say "I'm sorry like I try to cheating them". He didn't have any time to check why all situation become like it is my mistake!!

Just temember that the burger was not the best compared to the normal burger McDonald offers. Everything else was fine. You can sit outside there and the have a parking lot with a proper size.

The staff seems to be divided into 2 groups: the managers, who are extremely motivated and strict, but work perfectly; and the employees, who, as always, are only semi-skilled, but are also unmotivated and not customer-friendly. Especially the waiting time in the McCafé is longer than in other restaurants of this chain. I also find it awful that smokers gather right in front of the entrance and you always have to walk through the cloud of smoke when you want to go in or out. This could be quickly solved by placing the ashtray somewhere else.
