Bei Terminvereinbarungen wird auch Rücksicht auf die Patientenwünsche genommen . Die Lage der Ordination ist leicht zu erreichen und bietet direkt eine Möglichkeit zu Parken. Durch die Invisalign Behandlung habe ich genau das Lachen bekommen, dass ich mir gewünscht habe und bin mega glücklich. Vom Erstkontakt bis zur Behandlung ist alles super organisiert, man wird bestens informiert (sogar SMS-Erinnerung mit Anfahrtsplan). Keine langen Wartezeiten sind ein großer Vorteil. Der Wartebereich für die Kids ist so schön gestaltet, dass die Kinder gar nicht mehr gehen wollen :) Wir sind vorallem von der Erstberatung und Diagnose regelrecht begeistert, vor allem der digitale Kieferabdruck und der Einsatz modernster Technologie erspart den Kindern, aber auch uns "Großen", so einiges Leid! Meine Tochter (9) freut sich auf jeden Termin und hat Dank Dr. Pümpel keine Angst mehr vor Zahnbehandlungen! Wir sagen DANKE und können Dr. Pümpel und sein Team zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Great team, great modern ordination! You are really in the best of hands here, you feel comfortable and very well advised. From the first contact to the treatment, everything is well organized, you are well informed (even SMS reminder with a route plan). No long waiting times are a great advantage. The waiting area for the kids is so nicely designed that the kids don't even want to leave :) We are especially enthusiastic about the initial consultation and diagnosis, especially the digital jaw impression and the use of the latest technology save the children, but also us "big ones", a lot of suffering! My daughter (9) looks forward to every appointment and, thanks to Dr. Don't be afraid of dental treatment anymore! We say THANK YOU and can thank Dr. Recommend Pümpel and his team 100%!

Schließlich hat man mir für 10 Minuten Beratung 44 Euro verrechnet, die man mir erlassen würde, wenn ich eine weitere Beratung für 380 Euro buchen würde. Man gab mir das Gefühl, dass es rein darum ginge, mit mir Geld zu verdienen - nicht zu empfehlen An appointment for a consultation was made within 2 weeks, but the whole conversation was only geared towards how I am insured and how I would like to pay for the service. After all, I was charged 44 euros for 10 minutes of consultation, which I would be waived if I booked another consultation for 380 euros. I was given the feeling that it was all about making money with me - not recommended
