★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this McDonald's restaurant. McNuggets was covered with black burnt bits due to the old and dirty oild they used. I asked a new set of nuggets and they told me that it was completely normal to have those burnt bits on the nuggets. The hygiene standards in this restaurant is just disgustingly low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst McDonald's in Austria? The pain starts with the missing bill from kiosk. Who would care about bill paper replacement, huh. So you don't know your order number and everybody is guessing it. Literally every order incomplete or wrong, this happened for every order while we were waiting for our incomplete order. Staff looks very chaotic and a bit upset (no wonder). Don't know where is the problem I have been in different McDonald's at more frequent places and the service was ok there. On the other hand the food was all right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered two menu's, from which one had a gluten free burger. Waited for 30 minutes for them to prepare the food. When it was finaly ready they told us they didn't have the gluten free bun. We got our money back and went to another mcdonalds. A wasted half an hour.

Haha, cold and spaghetti like fries, cold burgers, a HAIR in my fries andEMPTY mozerella sticks that were the opposite of crispy. Some official should check this place out it is very bad.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
The clientele here is mainly young people just hanging out, buying one item and holding up seats.
I waited 30 minutes for my order, asked for it to find out the forgot it.
The floor is exceptionally dirty, so is the tables and seats. I have never visited a dirtier more poorly run McDonald's than this one.
Now the most disturbing thing is the space where the prepared food is being kept. It is just a small table with a heating lamp. All the burger are mixed in between so there is no telling how long they been here.
The ran out of mayo, didn't know that was possible. Went to asked the cashier, he didn't speak English or deutch. And was reluctant to give me something else as compensation for the mayo I did pay for.
