Möchte auch den Stützpunkt Hallein ein besonders aussprechen, Freundlichkeit sowie sehr gute Beratung im Shop sowie in der Werkstatt einfach sehr Empfehlenswert. I have been a paying member for 50 years and can only recommend the ÖAMTC. I would also like to say something special about the Hallein base, friendliness and very good advice in the shop and in the workshop, simply very recommendable.

D	Dietmar Gabriel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riesensauerei was heute meiner Frau am 24.07.2021 um ca. 10 vor 12Uhr beim ÖAMTC in Hallein passierte. An ihrem Auto wurde die Bodenmotorabdeckung locker und schliff auf dem Boden. Wenn sie so weitergefahren wäre, wäre das Teil total ruiniert worden. Zumal das Fahrzeug auf uns beide angemeldet ist und ich seit ewig langer Zeit schon Mitglied bin, suchte sie dort bei einer dort anwesenden Frau um Hilfe. Ihr wurde lapidar mitgeteilt, daß sie nicht mehr drankommt, weil es schon 12 Uhr ist (MERKE 10 vor 12 ). Sie soll den Pannendienst unter Rufnummer 120 anrufen, dass der Pannenhelfer kommt. Ja Hallo - Gehts noch....Sie stand dort direkt beim ÖAMTC . das ist eine Riesensauerei, zumal ich mir sehr wohl dann Hilfe erwarte, wenn ich sie brauche, und innerhalb der Öffnungszeit jedenfalls vor Ort. Überlege nun ernsthaft diesen miserablen Verein zu verlassen und Freunde mit auch schon gemachten schlechten Erfahrungen mitzunehmen. So geht es nicht. Ich erwarte mir zumindest eine plausible Entschuldigung. Meine Mitgliedsnummer: 00 629 386 Huge mess what happened to my wife today on July 24th, 2021 at around 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the ÖAMTC in Hallein. The floor engine cover on her car became loose and grinded on the floor. If she had continued like this, the part would have been totally ruined. Especially since the vehicle is registered on both of us and I've been a member for a long time, she asked a woman there for help. She was told succinctly that she couldn't get it because it was already 12 o'clock (NOTE 10 to 12). You should call the breakdown service on 120 that the breakdown helper will come. Yes, hello - you can do it ... It was right there at the ÖAMTC. It's a huge mess, especially since I expect help when I need it, and at least on site within opening hours. Now seriously consider leaving this miserable club and taking friends with you who have already had bad experiences. That's not how it works. At least I expect a plausible apology.
