★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best McDonald's. It is open 24/7, cafe until 10 p.m. Burgers are very good for McDonald's, cheesecake and coffee too. They also have some pricey beer! It's a McDonald's but the best place ro spend some time waiting for the bus during the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually the quality of McDonalds in Austria is far beyond than what you can expect in the rest of the world, I actually visit McDonalds in Austria quite often.
This branch however is not in line with the high standards valid in the rest of the country.
Certainly, there are many guests at the airport and it can get busy during rush hours. That is why I will not complain about waiting time in this McDonald's (which is actually quite okay).
Also, the quality of the food is similar to other branches.
What I didn't like is the filthyness and dirt in the restaurant - it's not that the staff is not trying, I think they are just helplessly understaffed. On every second table you find the remainings of previous customers, food on the floor and a lot of flies harassing you while you eat and drink.
Please pay one or two more employees to clean at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somewhat not as comfortable as other McDonald's. No lounge chairs like in other mc cafes, the personnel seems overworked (they just dropped my order at the counter without comment or announcing my order number and abandoned it there).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to grab a snack or a drink before your flight. The seats are very comfortable but the lights kind of blind you, so you should look for a spot where your eyes will not be constantly stimulated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Horrible service. International airport and staff at this McDonald's don't even speak English. They do speak Arabic though. 2. Served us a Home style chicken which looked liked it had been chewed and spat straight in the box. Asked them to make a new one, told me it will be ready in 2 minutes. It took them 15. The second one looked just a bit better but still unappetizing.
3. The photo attached shows the situation this McDonald's was at, on the day of our visit. Water leaking everywhere and staff passively roaming around "working" on other stuff. Horrible. Not like any other McDonald's in Europe. Keep up your standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting more than 1.5 hours I finally got my mctoast. I don't know why it took so long, because there was no one else there. 2 stars since the food was ok, but in hindsight I had preferred to catch my flight.
According to the response, I should have alerted the manager, but I didn't see their phone number anywhere.
