Sobald man stolzer Besitzer eines Mazdas ist, kann man bei fast jeglichen Defekt selber in die Tasche greifen. Die „freundlichen“ Mitarbeiter von Mazda-Austria haben eine Fülle von Ausreden um dir zu erklären, dass du die Werkstattrechnung selber zu begleichen hast. Mein drei Jahre alter Mazda (erster und letzter) kostet mich schon viel Zeit, Nerven und Geld. At Mazda Austria, 'guarantee' is just an empty phrase in advertising. As soon as you are the proud owner of a Mazda, you can dig into your pocket for almost any defect. The "friendly" employees of Mazda-Austria have plenty of excuses to explain to you that you have to pay the workshop invoice yourself. My three-year-old Mazda (first and last) already costs me a lot of time, nerves and money.
W	Walter Schrammel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe am29.06 einen MAZDA CX5/2021 konfiguriert. Diese Konfiguration habe ich, wie von MAZDA angeboten, mit der Bitte um Angebotslegung weitergesendet. Es kam auch prompt von MAZDA die Information, dass meine Anfrage an den von mir gewünschten Händler ( MAZDA Wien 1040) weitergeleitet wird. Nunmehr haben wir den 03.07.2021 , d.h. 4 Tage später erfolgte weder ein Anruf noch ein Angebot. Es ist so ziemlich sinnlos, etwas Anzubieten, wenn man keine Reaktion erhält. Da ich schnellstens ein Auto benötigt habe und mir Freunde Ihr Produkt empfohlen haben, wollte ich schnellstens einen Termin, bei einem Interessanten Angebot, konkretisieren. Ich wünsche MAZDA weiterhin viel Erfolg. I configured a MAZDA CX5 / 2021 on June 29th. I forwarded this configuration, as offered by MAZDA, with the request to submit an offer. MAZDA promptly informed me that my request would be forwarded to the dealer I wanted (MAZDA Vienna 1040). It is now July 3rd, 2021, i.e. 4 days later there was neither a call nor an offer. It's pretty much pointless to offer something if you don't get a response. Since I needed a car as soon as possible and friends recommended your product to me, I wanted to set up an appointment as soon as possible if there was an interesting offer. I wish MAZDA continued success.

Jeglicher Mangel wird heruntergespielt und bei detaillierten Fragen steigen die Kollegen sowieso aus, man bekommt dann als Antwort ich habe das Fahrzeug ja nicht entwickelt... bin nur Mechaniker. Fazit: Unfähig und viel zu hochpreisig für so eine mangelhafte Qualität! Guarantee or goodwill are foreign words for this company. Any shortcomings are downplayed and if you have detailed questions, your colleagues will get out anyway, and the answer you get is I didn't develop the vehicle... I'm just a mechanic. Conclusion: Incompetent and much too expensive for such a poor quality!
D	Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Sonderkulanzablehnung von wenigen hundert Euro bei einem 7 jährigen, in den Radläufen rostenden und seit 2018 selbst servicierten Mazda6 GJ (in der Familie fahren noch weitere 3 - teils jüngere Mazda) muss man sich als Unternehmen erstmal leisten wollen. Für uns definitiv ein Grund bei weiteren Autokäufen die Marke Mazda auszuschließen. A special goodwill rejection of a few hundred euros for a 7-year-old Mazda6 GJ, which is rusting in the wheel arches and has been serviced since 2018 (there are 3 other Mazdas in the family - some younger Mazdas) you have to want to afford as a company first. For us, this is definitely a reason to exclude the Mazda brand from future car purchases.
