Von außen unscheinbar, sodass man leicht vorbei gehen könnte, aber das wäre ein großer Fehler- denn hier wird man positiv überrascht mit einer Küche auf Haubenniveau, perfektem und herzlichen Service und einem netten Ambiente. Erwartungen werden absolut übertroffen. Die Karte ist sehr ausgewogen und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Jedes einzelne Gericht ist eine Perfektion in sich. Alles ist auf den Punkt und eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion mit subtilen Nuancen und Texturen. Auch die Wein- und Getränkeauswahl lässt sich sehen. Nicht billig, aber für die Qualität die geboten wird, absolut angemessen und mehr als fair. Was mich fasziniert, wie ein Team mit nur 3 Leuten solch ein Niveau bieten kann. From the outside inconspicuous, so that you could easily walk past, but that would be a big mistake - because here you will be positively surprised with a kitchen at top level, perfect and warm service and a nice ambience. Expectations are absolutely exceeded. The menu is very balanced and there is something for everyone. Every single dish is a perfection in itself. Everything is on point and a real taste explosion with subtle nuances and textures. The selection of wines and beverages is also impressive. Not cheap, but absolutely appropriate and more than fair for the quality that is offered. What fascinates me is how a team with only 3 people can offer such a level. M	Marek Tesař on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive restaurant with modern smallisch serving, but it is just enough. 2 meal menu only, so we order one of each. We have fish fillet perfectly cooked. Sousvide lam also very delicate. I am full and satisfied. One star down for long waiting times for everything.
