V	Vero Ilin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal hotel, we were SO happy there! The room was massive, especially the bathroom, the steamroom and sauna had perfect hot temperature and a roof terrace to chill next door! The breakfast was wow wow, especially making the juice yourself in superpowered machine. And the staff were all so lovely and kind, they really helped us with one problem we had. Will definitely come back there ! Veronika

After repeated attempts to fix the temp with the front desk we were still unable to be comfortable in our room. Fortunately, we are part of a tour and the tour director had enough influence to get us a new room which has windows that open and don't face west. So, that wasnt a good situation and if you stay here in the fall and are sensitive to heat you may want to ask for a cooler room up front. Now, the other amenities were great: breakfast was great, shower water pressure was great, beds were comfortable, etc... So, don't shy away from this hotel, just beware of the room temperature issue.

H	Helen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel was great as it’s close to where my son lives. It was a nice, spacious hotel and close to good transport links. The bathroom area was fantastic! Breakfast was lovely with a good gluten free selection and very accommodating kitchen staff. The room was a bit ‘stark’ with no carpet, rug, pictures etc. Opposite to website description as ‘cozy’. It was lovely to have a Nespresso machine in the room but the coffee pods were not replenished after the first day (neither was the face flannel). For a 4* hotel, I expected more than a generic hand/hair/body wash. Conditioner and body lotion would have been lovely (but that may be because I was travelling light and couldn’t bring those myself)!

So for us it was really pleasant since we like calm places. Such a shame that during the checking in we weren’t informed that we have to order cleaning our room for next day. At all it was really nice visit. Thank you☺️❤️

M	Mihaela Mirodoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very nice and clean, well located to central Vienna, couple of minutes walk to metro, tram or bus in a very clean and quiet area. Rooms are spacious and warm and the breakfast is good. However the whole experience wasn't the best. Either so we paid for our stay and breakfast for the entire duration of our stay at check in, when we had to check out the lady from the reception told us that we need to pay again. She wasn't very sure for what we have to pay, for breakfast or for the entire stay. I showed her my bank statement to prove that we have been charged already but she kept insisted that payment was done through a credit card, l only had a debit card. And by the end l found that actually not only we paid in full but that we were charged more than it should. Was an horrible check out experience, but the receptionist lady did not even apologized for all this mess and for treating us like a second hand guests
