Wenn man den Laden betritt, hat man das Gefühl sich entschuldigen zu müssen. Wünsche werden geflissentlich ignoriert und wehe es gibt einen Grund zur Reklamation. Dann wird trotz offensichtlichem Produktmangel blockiert, was das Zeug hält - wochenlang. Good goods, extensive range (that's why the second star) but unfortunately unmotivated staff. When you walk into the shop you feel like you have to apologize. Wishes are deliberately ignored and woe betide there is a reason for complaint. Then, despite an obvious product shortage, whatever it takes is blocked - for weeks.

Sie schoben die Shirts einfach meiner Frau zu. Soll die das doch machen. Nett von der Fa. MAX! Das ist kein Kundenservice. I bought 3 tshirts for 209 € and the "nice" saleswomen weren't ready to put them in my carrier bag without creasing them. They just pushed the shirts to my wife. Should she do that. Nice from the company MAX! This is not customer service.

Es war mein erster Besuch hier, es wird sicherlich nicht der letzte sein. Very friendly and competent service. Well sorted for the more stately gentleman. It was my first visit here, it will certainly not be the last.

Very good specialist shop for the somewhat stronger gentleman! Friendly service, professional advice, here you still take time for the customer!
M	Markus Freis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Vormittag im Geschäft gewesen und der Verkäuferin mitgeteilt das ich nur schauen möchte. Ziemloch Altnodischer bestand. Kaum was modernes. Alles was ich angefasst habe wurde kommentiert mit in dieser Größe oder in dieser Farbe. Bin mir fast ein wenig verfolgt vorgekommen. Dann kauf ich knapp um 500€ Gewand. (incl. Jacke un 199€) Fahre dann noch weiter und sehe eine Jacke die mir besser gefällt. Fahre zurück (innerhalb von 2 Std.)um die Jacke um 199 € zurück zu geben. Bekomme nur eine Gutschrift....weil ich mit Karte bezahlt habe. Find ich absolut nicht ok. Ausserdem komplett unverständliches Personal. Körpersprache so....ich soll froh sein überhaupt was zu bekommen und verstehn sie jetzt überhaupt nicht. Was in the shop in the morning and told the saleswoman that I just wanted to take a look. Quite old-fashioned existed. Hardly anything modern. Everything I touched was commented on in this size or in this color. I almost felt a little bit followed. Then I buy a robe for just under € 500. (Including jacket and 199 €) Then go on and see a jacket that I like better. Drive back (within 2 hours) to return the jacket for 199 €. I only get one credit ... because I paid by card. I don't think that's okay at all. Also completely incomprehensible staff. Body language like that .... I'm supposed to be happy to get something at all and now don't understand it at all.
