P	Peter Heitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wohltuend und erfrischend anders zeigt Mawo und Geschäftsführer Wolfgang Einfalt, wie es gehen kann. Kunden werden vom ersten Moment an abgeholt. Beim ersten E-Mai, den darauf folgenden Telefonaten, beim Angebot etc. fühlt man sich verstanden und abgeholt. Wir habe zuvor bei 7 anderen Türenherstellern angefragt, bevor wir zufällig auf Mawo-Masswerk aufmerksam geworden sind. Von den 7 Herstellern waren 2 aus Deutschland, die mir zwar ziemlich rasch ein Angebot erstellt haben, aber das war's dann auch schon und restlichen 5 Anfragen habe ich an große und namhafte österreichische Hersteller gestellt. Keine Spur von Interesse, einem Angebot oder zumindest irgendeiner Rückmeldung. Ganz anders bei Mawo. Habe dort an Abend per Mail angefragt, bekam von Hr. Einfalt eine Antwort, ob er mich noch anrufen darf und dann ging es Schlag auf Schlag. Telefonisch alles abgeklärt, dabei super Fragen gestellt, und toll Infos, Tipps, etc. gegeben. Kurz darauf kam das Angebot, auch das hat gepasst. Neben dem tollen Produkt (mit dem wir sehr glücklich sind) war der wohl massivste Kaufimpuls für uns, wie wir behandelt wurden. Auch nach der Auftragserteilung, zwischen den Lieferungen (Türzargen und Türen wurden auf unseren Wunsch getrennt geliefert), gab es immer wieder Zwischeninfos, wann was geplant ist, ob das so passt etc. Gratuliere dazu. Bitte machen Sie so weiter. Es ist schön, dass es so etwas noch gibt. Empfehle sie mit 5 Sternen sehr gerne weiter. No trace of interest, offer, or at least any feedback. Quite different with Mawo. I inquired there in the evening by email, received from Mr. Simple an answer, whether he can still call me and then it went quickly. Everything clarified by phone, great questions asked, and great information, tips, etc. given. The offer came shortly afterwards, and that also worked. In addition to the great product (which we are very happy with), the most massive buying impulse for us was how we were treated. Even after the order was placed, between deliveries (door frames and doors were delivered separately at our request), there was always interim information about what was planned when, whether it would fit, etc. Congratulations on that. Wir haben es nicht bereut, dass wir uns für dieses Produkt entschieden haben. The doors are of great quality. The installation of the frames flush with the wall was well explained and the accuracy of fit was outstanding. We have no regrets that we have chosen this product.

Einerseits ist es natürlich die Qualität der Türen und die Optik, aber ganz speziell möchte ich bei MAWO noch andere Dinge hervorheben. Der Kontakt war wirklich super von der Beratung bis zur Fertigstellung. Der Geschäftsführer Wolfgang Einfalt war stets bemüht und erreichbar, bei Fragen oder nachträglichen Änderungswünschen bei der Grifffarbe. Wie wichtig Verlässlichkeit und die Einhaltung der Termine ist, das merkt man bei der Koordination der Firmen eines Neubaus. Insbesondere bei unseren zargenlosen, wandbündigen Türen, bei denen schon im Rohbau Arbeiten vorgenommen wurden, waren sie immer pünktlich vor Ort, sogar kurzfristig.
