Der Weg wird hauptsächlich auch für Forstwirtschaft verwendet, weshalb er auch regelmäßig instandgesetzt werden muss. Mit entsprechender Fahrweise ist eine Befahrung jedoch mit fast jedem Auto möglich. Der Mauttarif beläuft sich im Juni 2021 auf 3€. Da keine Schrankenanlage verwendet wird ist das Ticket sichbar im Auto zu hinterlegen und wird an den Parkplätzen der Roaneralm oder Winklerner Hütte auch regelmäßig überprüft.
 The Roaneralm Weg toll road begins above the Gasthaus Schöne Aussicht and ends at the Roaneralm or Winklernerhütte. The path is mainly used for forestry, which is why it must be regularly repaired. With the appropriate driving style, however, it is possible to drive on it with almost any car. The toll tariff is € 3 in June 2021. Since no barrier system is used, the ticket must be visibly deposited in the car and is also checked regularly at the parking spaces of the Roaneralm or Winklerner Hütte.
