Sortiment gut, Schauraum könnte etwas größer sein (um noch mehr Matratzen ausstellen bzw. probieren zu können). Very nice and dedicated saleswoman on Saturday afternoon, takes her time and explains a lot, really tries hard. Good range, showroom could be a little bit bigger (to be able to exhibit or try more mattresses).

Schon 2017 hat sie uns top beraten und auch diese Woche wieder sehr engagiert und sehr rasch alles in die Wege geleitet damit wir unsere Matratzen bekommen. Ein grosses Lob auch an den Zusteller der sehr nett und hilfsbereit uns unterstützt damit wir unsere Matratzen morgen schon bekommen. Wirkte ziemlich gestresst (als wir das Geschäft betreten haben war die Dame gerade angeregt am telefonieren) man merkte richtig wir stören .Keinerlei Beratung. Wurden richtig abgefertigt. Hab ich nicht in dieser Filiale .Auf meine Nachfrage wie es den in anderen Filialen aussieht mit meiner Wunschmatratze kam nur das sie keine Ahnzng hat.Das ist keine Kundenfreundlichkeit schade um diese Filiale Apparently a new saleswoman.
