★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaufen Sie nicht in diesem Shop. Sehr teuer und nicht kundenorientiert. Ich warte seit 2 Wochen auf eine Matratze, die zuerst Probleme hatte. Als ich sagte, ich will es nicht mehr, sagten sie, dass sie mir das Geld nicht zurückgeben können.
Do not buy in this shop. Very expensive and not customer oriented. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a mattress that had problems at first. When I said I did not want to, they said that they can not give me back the money.

The advice from the lady was super nice and competent - we were accommodated in terms of price for 2 mattresses and pillows, which really paid off! ??

Prima che diventassero Concord erano i più famosi venditori della Carinzia, ma ora sconsiglio questo negozio.
Bad reception, they don't speak any foreign language. Bad organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Minuten im Geschäft, € 800,- ärmer... Die wirklich freundliche Dame im Shop wusste sofort was wir wollten, zeigte uns 1 Matratze und die war perfekt und sogar lagernd! Danke für die tolle und sehr persönliche Betreuung! Leider kommen wir lange nicht mehr... ?
5 minutes in the shop, € 800, - poorer ... The really friendly lady in the shop immediately knew what we wanted, showed us 1 mattress and it was perfect and even in stock! Thank you for the great and very personal support! Unfortunately we haven't come for a long time ... ?

Wünsche und Vorstellung kundgetan, danach erfolgte eine ausführliche "Analyse" wie man liegt und wie wichtig es ist, die richtige Matratze unter sich zu haben. Mehrmaliges Probeliegen auf unterschiedlichen Modellen, um ein Gefühl dafür zu bekommen. Ich hatte genug Zeit, um mich dann für die Richtige, für mich am besten geeignete Matratze zu entscheiden.
Vielen Dank für die tolle, persönliche Beratung.

3/4/22 ... Great, informative advice. Desires and ideas made known, then there was a detailed "analysis" of how you lie and how important it is to have the right mattress under you. Repeated test lying on different models to get a feel for it. I had enough time to then decide on the right mattress that was most suitable for me.
