Auch wenn wir sie jetzt auf der Messe immer wider treffen wird man gleich Freundlich begrüßt und auch jetzt noch Top beraten bei weiteren Fragen ( Polster und Reinigung zb) Beim Kauf braucht man einen Termin zur Beratung aber dafür wird einem auch alles Bestens erklärt und gezeigt! Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme am Telefon über das Beratungsgespräch bis zur Nachbetreuung kann ich nur sagen dass ich so viel Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit selten erlebt habe :) Alice nimmt sich Zeit, beantwortet alle Fragen die man hat und ist immer mit einem guten Rat da. Auch die dazu passenden Bettwaren sind ein Traum! Der Monteur war freundlich und hat das Bett ruck zuck aufgebaut und die Wassermenge an meine Bedürfnisse angepasst. Ich habe mein Bett nun seit knapp 4 Monaten und würde es mir wieder kaufen. Klare Kaufempfehlung :) Top advice and top quality! Here is still properly advised and dealt with the customer! From the first contact on the phone to the consultation and aftercare, I can only say that I have rarely seen so much competence and friendliness :) Alice takes her time, answers all questions you have and is always there with good advice. The matching bedding is also a dream! The fitter was friendly and quickly set up the bed and adjusted the amount of water to my needs. I have had my bed for almost 4 months now and would buy it again. Clear buy recommendation :)
