★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mittlerweile haben wir die Firma Kraus schon dreimal beauftragt. Zweimal waren kleine Stellen am Dach auszubessern, zuletzt haben wir ein Flachdach ausgetauscht. Wir sind jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Erste Begutachtungen erfolgen schnell, und den schriftlichen Kostenvoranschlag bekommt man prompt. Die Handwerker sind sehr freundlich und kompetent, was leider nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Alle Aufträge wurden immer zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. We have already commissioned Kraus three times. Small areas on the roof had to be repaired twice, most recently we replaced a flat roof. We are very satisfied every time. Initial assessments are carried out quickly, and you get the written quotation promptly. The craftsmen are very friendly and competent, which unfortunately is not always a matter of course.
