★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute dort um einen Schuh zu retournieren, den wir vor 3 Wochen (wir mussten erst wieder extra nach Gleisdorf fahren deshalb die lange Wartezeit) gekauft haben (preis: 70.- statt 100.-). Das Innenfutter hat einen Schnitt den wir nicht gesehen haben. Der Verkäufer hat mir zwar eine Reparatur angeboten, aber bei einem neuen Schuh (ungetragen) wollte ich das Geld zurück oder eine Gutschrift. Er war hier uneinsichtig und unkooperativ und hat zwar gemeint er glaubt mir (als ob ich mit der Schere einen Schnitt hineinmachen würde!!!). Das nächste Mal kaufe ich meine Schuhe online. Da kann ich retournieren. Es soll sich dann aber bitte keiner beschweren wenn die kleinen Läden eingehen. Wir wollten regional, lokal in einem kleinen Geschäft kaufen. Das machen wir so schnell nicht mehr.
I was there today to return a shoe that we bought 3 weeks ago (we had to drive back to Gleisdorf, which is why we had to wait so long) (price: 70.- instead of 100.-). The inner lining has a cut that we have not seen. The seller offered me a repair, but I wanted a refund or credit for a new shoe (unworn). He was unreasonable and uncooperative here and said he believed me (as if I would make a cut with scissors!!!). Next time I will buy my shoes online. I can return it. But please nobody should complain when the small shops go down. We wanted to buy regionally, locally in a small shop. We won't be doing that anytime soon.
