M	Martina Synnott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nur wenn man das Rad dort gekauft hat wird man wahrscheinlich gut bedient . Schraube an der Schaltung verloren bei Mtb Tour und angeblich nicht vorrätig . Komisch , dass unser Händler keine Spezielle Schraube benötigt hat . Keine Hilfe im Notfall , auch wenn man diese natürlich vergütet hätte!!!! Only if you have bought the bike there you will probably be served well. Lost screw on the gearshift on Mtb Tour and allegedly out of stock. Funny that our dealer didn't need a special screw. No help in an emergency, even if this would of course have been remunerated !!!!
E	Eckhard Miß on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huch, das ging flott. Mit defekten Bremsen gelandet. Sofort drangekommen, Scheiben geschliffen, neue Bremsklötze, Kette geölt, Schaltung und Lenker justiert. Alles für nicht mal 54€. Sehr zufrieden. So solls sein. ?? Oops, that went quickly. Landed with broken brakes. Immediately there, the discs ground, new brake pads, chain oiled, gears and handlebars adjusted. All for less than € 54. Very satisfied. That's how it should be. ??

Und dann noch die Auswahl an Rädern ???. Ich war kurz am überlegen ob ich meine Seele verkaufe und mir ein Trek Madone dafür mitnehme ? Very friendly and competent staff. You will be measured immediately before buying a bike and the bike will be correctly adjusted. Really top✌️. And then there's the choice of bikes ???. I was briefly considering whether I should sell my soul and take a Trek Madone for it ?

Die Kommunikation war schnell und sehr freundlich, das Bike wurde schnell und reibungslos geliefert. Ich bin sehr zufrieden ?? Super Beratung, sehr sehr freundlich, kompetent und EHRLICH. Die versprochenen Lieferzeiten wurden 1zu1 eingehalten. Auch per Email immer eine sehr sehr schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Wir sind begeistert und sagen DANKE only to be recommended! There were two of us "to look" and we bought 2 new bikes, a gravel bike with extra tires, a racing bike and an e-mountain bike. Great advice, very friendly, competent and HONEST. The promised delivery times were met 1 to 1. Always a very quick and friendly response via email. We are thrilled and say THANK YOU

Die Auswahl in diesem Shop ist spitzenmäßig, hier findet jeder Biker das passende. Auf E-Mails wird sehr schnell geantwortet. Es wird alles super erklärt. Wenn dieser Shop nicht soweit weg wäre von meinem Wohnort würde ich nur mehr dort einkaufen. Danke nochmal für die tolle Beratung und das Bemühen mein neues Fahrrad perfekt auf mich einzustellen. So what can I say, everything just fits here. The advice is great, friendly and super competent. The selection in this shop is top notch, every biker will find the right thing here. E-mails are answered very quickly. Everything is explained very well. If this shop wasn't so far away from where I live, I would only shop there. Thanks again for the great advice and the effort to adjust my new bike perfectly to me.
