Der bestehende Fehler wurde umgehend diagnostiziert. Mit großem Engagement wurde sich intensiv um die Schadensbehebung bemüht. Fachlich sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter,die nett,fair und überaus hilfsbereit sind. Ohne größere Einschränkung könnten wir planmäßig unsere Heimreise antreten und haben für den Urlaub vor Ort sogar kostenfrei einen Leihbus gestellt bekommen. We had an error message on our vehicle display and could spontaneously drop by the dealership to analyze the problem. The existing error was diagnosed immediately. With great commitment, efforts were made to repair the damage. Technically very competent employees who are nice, fair and extremely helpful. Without major restrictions, we could start our journey home on schedule and even got a rental bus for the holiday on site free of charge. We are very excited about the great service. A	Ando Grimm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten auf dem Weg in den Urlaub, kurz vor unserem Ziel in Schoppernau, einen Kupplungsdefekt. Martin hat unseren T4 Bus kurzerhand eingeschleppt und uns weiter geholfen. Er und sein Team, haben uns Tipps gegeben und uns bei der Hotelsuche unterstützt und sogar noch nach Mellau in die Unterkunft gefahren. Während der Reparaturphase hat er uns kompetent beraten und informiert. Letztendlich handelte es sich bei dem Defekt um ein Garantiefall, sein Team wickelte alles im Hintergrund ab, sodass wir damit nichts mehr zu tun hatten. Da fühlt man sich als Kunde wirklich gut aufgehoben! Schade dass Hamburg und Mellau soweit auseinander sind, sonst wäre Martins Autohaus meine erste Adresse für unseren Bus. On the way to vacation, shortly before our destination in Schoppernau, we had a clutch defect. Martin brought in our T4 bus without further ado and helped us further. He and his team gave us tips and supported us in finding a hotel and even drove to the accommodation in Mellau. During the repair phase, he gave us competent advice and information. Ultimately, the defect was a guarantee case, his team handled everything in the background so that we had nothing more to do with it. As a customer, you feel really in good hands! It's a shame that Hamburg and Mellau are so far apart, otherwise Martin’s dealership would be my first address for our bus.

Sind sofort betreut worden und man hat sich darum gekümmert, dass das benötigte Ersatzteil schnellstmöglich geliefert und eingebaut wird. Allesamt freundlich und kompetent. We had a breakdown while passing through and were referred to this workshop by the öamtc. Were looked after immediately and care was taken to ensure that the required spare part was delivered and installed as quickly as possible. All friendly and competent.

The family run business and staff were so nice and friendly to a poor kiwi guy who can speak the local language. They looked into the problem while I was there and showed and explained all the faults and then told me they would discuss it with VW head office to push for a claim. Great service from a local garage... well done guys..
