★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anruf von Mutter: Ausfall der Heizung am Samstag, 09.01.2021 um 08:00., Minus 8 Grad Celsius Außentemperatur. Auf meinen Anruf bei der Firma Marth wurde mir sehr lapidar mitgeteilt, dass erst am Montag wieder jemand zur Inspektion verfügbar ist. Auf meine verzweifelte Frage, wie meiner 92 jährigen Mutter und ihrer 24Stunden Betreuerin, die dort wohnen, geholfen werden kann, hat der Kollege am Telefon gesagt, dass er das nicht weiß und ich am kommenden Montag wieder anrufen soll. Was ist das für ein Service?
Ich habe dann über das Internet eine Notfall Installateur Hotline ausfindig gemacht, deren Techniker gekommen ist und die Heizung notfallmäßig wieder instand setzen hat können. Nie mehr wieder Marth Installationen! Große Enttäuschung, trotz jahrzehntelanger Konsultation
Call from mother: Heating failure on Saturday, January 9th, 2021 at 8:00 am, outside temperature minus 8 degrees Celsius. When I called Marth, I was told very succinctly that someone would not be available for inspection until Monday. When I asked desperately how my 92-year-old mother and her 24-hour carer, who live there, could be helped, the colleague said on the phone that he didn't know and that I should call again next Monday. What kind of service is that?
I then found an emergency plumber hotline via the Internet, whose technician came and was able to repair the heating in an emergency. No more Marth installations! Big disappointment, despite decades of consultation
