★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mega cooler Ort um seinen Körper besser kennen zu lernen und ihn zu trainieren. Man lernt wie man einen Parkour möglichst schnell überwinden kann und auch wie man flippen kann (also wie man Saltos macht).
 Mega cool place to get to know your body better and to train it. You learn how to overcome a parkour as quickly as possible and also how to flip (i.e. how to do somersaults).

Insane personal training. As a footballer and fitness trainer, I am athletic, but I was able to lift the squat bar for the first time. The sport studies can come!

The perfect place to learn trick, trampoline, parkour and freerunning! The trainers are well trained and are very committed. You are also very well looked after in strength training and personal training. The 4 Elements Academy is definitely worth a visit!

Mittwoch und Donnerstag sind immer ein Highlight, wenn's heißt Eltern-Kind Parcour.
Auch uns Eltern macht es viel Spaß und bekommt richtig Lust selbst einen Kurs zu absolvieren.
Das Team ist super nett und es fühlt sich einfach richtig "heimelig" an.
Danke, dass ihr auch den kleinsten sowas ermöglicht ?

Wednesdays and Thursdays are always a highlight when it comes to parent-child parcour.
It is also a lot of fun for us parents and we really want to do a course ourselves.
The team is super nice and it just feels really "homely".
