Die Betreuung ist unzuverlässig und ausgesprochen unfreundlich. Unfortunately, our house was built by this cooperative and unfortunately it is also looked after by them. The support is unreliable and extremely unfriendly.

Monatelange Wartezeiten, wenn man anruft, wird man vertröstet. Die Reparatur selbst war dann in 2 Stunden erledigt, aber dafür musste man ein halbes Jahr kämpfen. The apartments are great, and everything went very well with the allocation. But when you need something from the cooperative (e.g. repairs), the fun begins. Months of waiting when you call are put off. The repair itself was done in 2 hours, but you had to fight for half a year.
