8 months waiting for repair. Was forgotten and not exactly friendly on the phone. Fitter was top.

Was not completely satisfied with the first assessment and execution, I suffered material damage that I now have to take care of, but an attempt was made to compensate for this as much as possible on the second attempt.

â â â â â Viele Fehler und Schlampereien bei der Erstinstallation (z.B. warm und kalt vertauscht), hinsichtlich Service leider sehr unzuverlĂ€ssig: Termine werden vergessen; es wird nicht zurĂŒckgerufen; auf ein Angebot warte ich seit 5 Monaten!
Kann beim besten Willen keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Einzig manche Monteure sind sehr bemĂŒht.
Many mistakes and sloppiness during the initial installation (e.g. hot and cold exchanged), unfortunately very unreliable in terms of service: appointments are forgotten; it will not be recalled; I've been waiting for an offer for 5 months!
With the best will in the world, can't make a recommendation. Only some fitters are very hard-working.
