★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totale Inkompetenz, fängt am Telefon schon an, dass man sich Name, Adresse etc falsch notiert, und sich dann einfach niemand mehr meldet, erst auf explizite Nachfrage dann hat sich dann doch ein Mitarbeiter erbarmt, um hier vorbeizukommen. Sein versprochenes Angebot innerhalb der nächsten Tage haben wir bis heute nicht erhalten...Über einen Monat später.
