★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop was completely empty when I came in, after some minutes I had to shout "hello?" into the backroom to get someone to come. The bagel tasted fine but certainly not amazing, and fell apart as it was so loosely packed, with no serviettes included. Not actively bad but not actively good either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called the place prior to order, asked for no olives. the staff acting not so professional, giggling telling me "yea of course NO olives" and processed to deliver me one full of olives, which I couldn't eat because the smell absolutely repulses me even after removing them. it wasn't even tasty, very watery, pulling onions everywhere, the bread was so hard I gained muscle trying to chew it for 20 minutes. the thing is definitely not fresh.. will not order from here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not expect it to be so good! I was skeptic when I first entered the restaurant, since the review count was low, but I was pleasantly surprised when I tasted the bagels. They have vegetarian and vegan options too! We ordered the Caprese, Chicken and Pastrami bagels with Americano. The Pastrami bagel was my favorite, but the other/ were also very good! The bagels themselves were very soft and tasty! The Americano was nothing out of the ordinary, but it was good! The prices are very reasonable for Vienna standards and the location is close to the city, so I’d recommend all Bagel lovers to visit here.
